Cross Platform Mobile App in Xamarin or Any cross platform tool

Hi Freelancers I need a simple prototype, of live screen of the following application. The database script is ready, final screens mock up ready. Need prototype to show to my client User will download the app, install on their devices. when they run the app, this must happens 1. Screen (list view format with link to buy event ticket) with list of events 2. After selecting particular event they must be prompt with detail screen of the event with more information of the event and ticket categories(Regular, VIP, VVIP). They will have option to buy 3. The third screen must display the payment option (Credit Card) 4. Last screen should be thank you screen I dont need extensive coding or full working app, just the live screen of this so i can show my client then will improve on it. Hope i make sense. as long as the app can be downloaded and able to go to the next screens.. the GUI need not to be fancy as long as it works. Any tools can be used as the client requested iOS, Android and Windows Phone version, but for demonstration pick any version
