Create a simple HTML5 Web App

I need to create a case study for a potential product viability. So what I need is more of a functionality than a completed app design/development. We need this done extremely quickly and because it is a prototype, we want to use existing framework such as [login to view URL] which allows HTML5 apps to have native mobile capabilities and will fasten the development time frame. If you already have another framework in mind, you can use it. What we don’t is you to code from scratch. We want to get this up and running in 2-3 days. I need to create a prototype HTML5 Web App that does the following 2 things. When I go to [login to view URL], the HTML5 web app will do the following 2 things 1) Obtain the geo location of a mobile device visiting the link every 1 min and send it to a server. It will also store the last 20 locations on the device. There will be ability to Toggle On/Off geo location on this page so that the web app can stop the geo location. 2) Ability for me to use the mobile device’s native camera to take a picture through the HTML5 web app and upload the picture to a server. From the online portal, [login to view URL] Since this will be a simple prototype, I will be able to see these locations in the following format. Geo location will be shown with 3 columns Timestamp | Longitude | Latitude Pictures will be shown with 4 columns Picture Thumbnail | Timestamp | Longitude | Latitude UI design is not important.
