Create non-custodial bitcoin wallet application for Android and iphone

We are launching a unique tool and require a developer to create non-custodial bitcoin wallet software. Both an Android and iPhone application are required but we welcome quotes for carrying out the Android application first so the interface can be finalised. Please clearly state in your bid if you are submitting for the Android application only or both applications in your bid. The key features are: 1. Create secure non-custodial bitcoin wallets on the users phone with secure authentication and pass phrase recovery as standard. 2. Allow users to buy/sell bitcoins directly within the app using a 'near me' interface which finds other nearby users. 3. Allow users to buy bitcoins directly from within the application by using their bank account. 4. Allow smart contracts to be created 'hedging' the price of bitcoin against local currency to reduce users exposure to price volatility. 5. Clean user friendly interface that will appeal to those usually turned off by bitcoin but comfortable using the likes of Uber. There are other requirements that will only be discussed in detail with shortlisted Contractor's due to their confidential nature. Bidders should submit a clear strategy for how they will carry out the above works and include clear references not only on mobilise interface/app projects but also specific bitcoin and blockchain expertise. The source code you produce must be shared but note that our intention is to find a partner that we can work with on Freelancer through future iterations of the project.
