I need a mobile website for any operating system / device designed and coded.I want to creat mobile website for developing ideas and innovation management within the organization, and it has the features that members can paste the challenges that need solutions and creative ideas to solve them , as well as allowing members to paste their ideas, suggestions and innovation to be developed and discussed with the members. It should contain a feature of idea discussion with the all members or only the invited members to discuss the idea. The mobile website should contain the voting system on the ideas to see the proportion of support for the ideas from the members. It contains the assessment and evaluation from the experts committee . Also it has a feature to honor and motivate the winners and most creative and successful members. It contains analysis tools to identity the most active members . The website also contains a follow-up tool to test the idea and the implementation reports. It has the evaluation reports and the feedback for improvement. It has forms for members to help them in writing the ideas, forms for presenting their ideas, forms for testing ideas and forms for evaluation. It has educational materials ( documents, video and audio formats). The website also contains notifications for messages or new ideas and or contribution from members.

Their are lot of interested people here and they have lot of different things so i dont know you will reply me or not or even read my post or not but i want to let you know that we do have around 245 apps, 119 games and about 190 web based sites and softwares.
