Create a Android UI and some of assistance!

To be as descriptive I want a Houzz app looking ui with those amazing transitions. I know how to code a bit but not good at creating app UI or a app in general. it would be like a town guide(not going to say what so know one makes the app for them selves). The tabs on left would be were all the categorys would be. Then their would be a list of places on the tab list it will have a thumbnail and a name of place and mileage away, after they click it they get a header photo/larger photo of thumbnail then description also a website and a button will set navigation app. the home page will just show a collage of photos like houzz app that will have a slide show. the app will solely run on local device storage. now my part will be adding all the information but can you comment the code to make it a bit easier to find stuff? I wouldn't want you to add all the info cause it would take a long time just make the ui and 1 business location template so I can add multiple and customize the code. one extra thing I wanted to do is put Ads within the app but users can pay to take them out. also add a help page where someone could email issues see app version in the help would be the remove ads option. now again 1 UI, 1 Template of business and the help page and ads. I will do the rest. How would I allow the app get feed updates like for instance I wouldn't want to update the app for each event, would that require a database or could I connect a website cause I'm better at Html coding I guess I could make a website for thar instance. Also it will have 10 Catagorys total! It would also need to be able to have Micro SD card support. Question better too have the app do everything locally or have it load pictures from online database? **End Of Message** Can any one handle it? basically UI designing and Few templates to help me set things up quickly I want to spend in the range of 60 - 90$ Remeber just the UI thats it and 1 Quick example so i can use that to add more places!
