Complete nearly finished IOS Notification app -- 2

If you respond to this project request with a standard cut and paste response that does not address what I am after I will be unlikely to award the project to you I have a small IOS app that is mostly coded already and needs completing. The app is simply installed on the phone to enable notifications. I already have a working Android version.
