I need an Android & iphone app. I would like it designed and built. CITIZEN APP being responsible, With GPS location it should record and send it to the cloud for storage and easy accessibility by the concerned department. When someone requests for help the nearest department will receive and also the nearest 10 citizen volunteers (Members) will receive and then they should be able to track the seaker with GPS support.
