Build a cordova plugin

Convert this sample app into a cordova plugin (android only):

And demonstrate the working plugin in a shell cordova project. The shell app will consist of:
* single button "scan"
* checkbox inputs for barcode types
* dropdown for number of barcodes to read
* textbox or similar showing the return values from the cordova plugin
The plugin must be able to read multiple barcodes at the same time (which the sample app does already).
With the following changes:
1) Overlay a flash on/off button on the camera display
2) Instantiate the BarcodeDetector java class to read only the specified barcode types (specified as array of strings from the Javascript interface)
3) Return from Barcode detection activity immediately upon reading the specified number of (unique) barcodes, and return the read barcodes via JS
