Overview This project brief forms the basis for a new project called: Face SDK To select a partner who can deliver a facial SDK for its advertising needs. Facial points mapping requirements: a) Stabilizer: the SDK should be able to stabilize slow and fast head movements b) Real time face tracking c) Identify multiple key points of a human face in real time, i.e. lips, eyes, eyebrows, mouth and nose. d) Disable non face image, i.e. if a user attempts to use another area of the body the SDK should not record or function per requirements e) Video: this is a critical component. Once a user applies a mask they should be able to successfully record a video of the mask applied along with their voice. Face SDK will do the following: 1. Capture a person’s face and allow user to apply a mask 2. Allow the person to record a video up to 25 seconds 3. Process and save the video in less than 5 seconds Operating System The Face SDK to be created will need to support both Android and iOS and should be geared towards mobile application use.
