I need someone to help me with an Application for Androids. Some codesnippets (C#) and descriptions allready exists. The app will be for free for a product which allready exists. So the budget is limited but i have no idea how much such an app costs. The app is not very complex but i have no experience in android development. The app should connect via USB/OTG cable to the controller. Open the interface and upload some data with "simple" serial transfere. Some buttons like "reboot" or "factory settings" which just send a serial ascii command i.e. reboot to the controller connected to the mobile. It should have a serial monitor (there are allready a lot of samples in the web). The upload process for the first step (there are 2 different uploads to do) allready exist in a C# example. The second step is to upload a file over the serial interface with some - lets call it "rules". Nothing very hard for someone with a little experience. I can go into details later.
