Android Watch App

I need an Android wear watch built based on the attached files and description:

You can see the mock ups on how and where I want things. Color is important. Red white and yellow. Robot Condensed is the font and can be found as default to the watch. Clock hand moves in a motion like a gauge across the numbers but the numbers are not evenly spaced which makes constant motion of movement hard, it needs to be addressed as "when time of watch is 7:30, clock hand will be "here" which will be the middle of 7 graphically" if that makes sense. When the clock hand moves after 4 pm (end to the right) then it will either bounce back like a compression meter to 5 pm, or just appear which ever you are more comfortable with. Bouncing would be cooler if it is not too hard.
