Add a few features to a android app

I have a android app built with a webservice. Basically is a app that gives tests and the users has to answer the test. I need to add some features to it as:
-Play music in the home screen
-Show the position of the responses randomly
-Record what was the position of the answer that user clicked and what was the selected answer.
-The user will receive the tests when he's online, but he needs to be able to answer the test offline and when he's online again the app send the results to webservice.
