Create a Photo Merging App

***Design specs are attached. Review them before bidding.*** This project is to create an iPhone app. Design specs are attached. It doesn't have to look exactly like the specs, but they should get you started in the right direction. The app needs to be a universal app for iPhone and iPad. Take a look at [login to view URL] My app will work similar to this, but needs to do a better job of cropping and pasting. The pasting should smooth the sites of the cropped face or person. Also, the cropping should search for similar colors to crop, a lot like photo shop works for cropping and removing the background from an image. They should be able to easy resize and rotate their cropped photo to make it fit the background photo. When dropped onto the background, the edges will be blended with the background so that the combined photo looks real. The app will have about 20 background photos for the cropped photos to be pasted onto. The app needs to be a Red, White and Blue theme. After a cropped photo is merged onto a background photo, they should be able to add some these, then save it or post it to Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and Email. It is a free app with no advertising, thus I am very price sensitive. Don't bother bidding over the max bid amount, I won't select you.
