I am looking to build a proof of concept for a chat program on Android and eventually iOS. The code must be written in a way that we can shift to the other OS without much tweaking. The proof of concept will require use of PSD graphics that I have, with only one function active. The activity will be chatting to other people in a twitter-like feed. It will probably have to work via a central web server but I am open to suggestions. More details to follow when I figure out who should work on this. Again, this is for a proof of concept with it going full blown if the POC works out.
