Basic image guessing game with coin currency

I am looking for a specific type of developer for a basic iOS game app. Please only apply if you have developer iOS games and have solid iOS coding experience. Game app: User opens app and has to guess what an image is on the screen The image is broken into 4 squares and those 4 squares that together make up the one image is mixed up on the screen. The user ask to guess what it is using a range of letters on the bottom of the screen. User gets coins for every correct guess. If the user wants a hint, then it will remove coins from their coin count. If the user wants to un-mix the image for a short amount of time, then it will remove coins from their coin count. In app purchases to buy or top up coins should the user run out. Small graphic animation is required i.e. coins moving across the screen to add to users coin count. App should be able to work offline and on iPhone all iOS version and iPhone screen size for the 4 and 5. We will provide design and graphics and you will need to code the app around this graphics. Please don't send your standard copy and pasted proposal that you may send to every new project, I will only respond to a personal proposal response that directly reply to this with examples of game that is similar to my project. Please price quote prices as I am unaware what a small app like this would cost.
