Create a Mobile Website

hallo, i want to make a project in web-app in mobile with framework Titanium appcelerator.

this project ist H-Scan, where this application has 3 Modus :

1. Religion ( Islam, Jewish ).

2. Vegan.

3. Diabetes.

This app can detect the forbidden food and drinks and then it will give signal warning ( if the foods or drinks contain something forbidden) or safe .

I need help as soon as possible

and + you have to explain me too, how is the algorithma of the codes from star until end
