Develop an Android and Possibly an iPhone App

Needing to develop an app which stores answers as a journal with the ability to email it out at the end of the week.
Cycle will be:
User launches the app which asks 4 questions
app asks another set of questions
app then asks a few questions with a slider sort of response (1 - 10) and text input
App logs the entry as a journal sort of entry
User can then email to self or anyone else for future reflection.

Oh yeah this will be foremost and Android app, but wanting to put on the iPhone one day soon, so if you can do both, please specify in the bid
