Copy my actual Android App for a new one from scratch

I own this app: [login to view URL] But i don't own the source code, so I need to make a new one from the scratch. I'm using the same design for other apps, so basically we are going to use this design for the other ones. As you see, is a RSS and YouTube videos reader, it push notifications and sync every 1, 2,3 ,4 8, 24 hs per day (user can customize that option). Only one theme, some extras links displaying using webviewer (need to be available to read youtube videos and upload photos). So basically, copy the exactly app I have, use the new app and update the source links. I need also to know how much I'll be charged to use the same source code for others 5-6 apps.
