Caller ID for prestashop users

Hi we are building a pizza-ordering website on a prestashop system. And we would like to have an app or maybe some simple way to ID a caller in our system. Id doesnt have to be a App if it is easier to do it can be coded straight for prestashop, I am not sure how they phone number information would be handled. Whatever works. For example someone makes a call and as the phone is ringing either the APP in the phone or the prestashop should somehow be able to make a quick search in the user database and show our employee the customer details probably in the prestashop (to which group he belongs, history of of his orders or some personal notes that presta offers) We are open to suggestions or any creative solution. PS: We would appreciate if only people with experience in this area applied, As in the past we had a little trouble finishing a project with a freelancer promising results and later we found out he had no idea how to solve our problem after he missed like 7 deadlines and we had to quickly find somone else. I hope you understand, this is a very important feature for us, it is a family bussines and every mistake or unfinished work I will have to take the blame for :) Thank you
