Android mini App to send/receive SMS

For an Android course I want a demonstration app that sends and receives SMS. Key aspects:- . this app is simply to demonstrate SMS and contacts integration. It is NOT a finished app and will not be shipped. . UI is minimal, just a scrolling list of contacts and a mechanism to select one or more contacts and send an SMS . The app should also intercept incoming messages, read them, then store them in the user's Inbox in the normal way . Thus the app will not consume the SMS, simply read it then pass it on . This app is NOT intended to replace the default SMS client on the phone. . The incoming SMS interception should be always running . The app must be professionally self-documenting. Remember it's a demonstration app so students will view the source code. . The app must demonstrate robustness to errors. It is vital that there should be no circumstance that the app fails to forward an incoming SMS to the Inbox I have two or three similar mini-apps that I require. Ideally the same freelancer will be able to bid for all of them
