The mobile app has to check if the user is already logged in, if not it prompts the user to log in. Once authenticated, the app will automatically download the user information from our website via API calls. The app will provide the user with a menu of website links. Again, you get these list of links from the api. These menus need to be dynamic, ie; the links available on the app should be updated periodically by polling the server, say once a week. When a user visits the link, the user information stored locally should be exchanged to the currently visited website by auto populating. Probably by hosting a browser inside the app or something similar. I can more provide more details later. We already have APIs to interact with the server and data. I would like the solution to work across all the mobile platforms, obviously, more importantly on Android and Apple devices including tablets. When you bid, please mention your relevant experience. The budget is bit tight. However, there could be lots of work in the future. Good luck.
