Android app with Google maps and Wordpress login

I need to build a simple (at least I hope) Android app:
1) A Google map will be displayed with markers (list of markers is stored in a JSON array, including the marker details like title, description etc.) There also will be a search with Google places autocomplete, after selecting the place the map zooms and centers.
2) On marker click, the details will be displayed, with a link to order
3) On the next screen, the user has to authenticate (the users are in Wordpress, which means XMLRPC API will be user for authentification - [login to view URL])
4) After login, an order will be generated - again, in Wordpress
The funcionality is basically the same as on the site: [login to view URL] (not finished yet, but can give you an idea)
The feature set will grow in the future, this is just the v1 app.
