Android Custom ROM

Hi, We are looking for some one to help us with custom ROM's for Android tablet devices. We have some 7" Wifi Android tablets with Android 4.0.4 . We bought them already from a chinese supplier that have some problems with battery standby time. My supplier don't know how to solve it . Wifi stay connected even when tablet is in Ideal mode. Standby is aprox 24-30 h with Wifi connected all the time. we have another tablet from other manufacturers that stay aprox 7days in standby, similar battery . The Device runs Android 4.0.4 using a ARM Cortex™-A8 processor, based on the ARMv7 architecture. The Custom ROM will need to have Custom Boot Logo, Custom Boot Tune, Custom UI , Custom Wallpaper. I want a Custom ROM created for this tablets, with this Wifi problem solved .
