I need an application that prompts the user to enter their phone number, name, DOB, email, among other fields... It is a simple android application that will be used to compile a database for various customers. This application will be installed on android tablets all over my city at different vendors, who will all use the application to build their own customer base. This will require different user logins (with a restaurant name for example)
The information must all be sent to my database so i can manage the information for my customers and help them with their marketing needs.
