Android App - repost

Hi all. I need a high skilled Android developer. for create a Dj app which enables players to: -scratch, loop or pitch your songs in the palm of your hands with 2 platines -slow down and accelerate the track -Some sound effects to add -Possibility to record individual mixes -The player can not add effects or songs, they can only mix and use what the system propose. -Possibility to change songs and effects from the system(once o month, for example). At least, we would need 10 songs (from 30 seconds each one) and 10 effects. -The player can only mix and record his mixes -Insert an banner ad that we can change if we want.
