Android App/Game

The project at hand is for designing a game to run on Android OS and be placed in the Google Play Store. The game to be designed is Ring of Fire which is a card game and quite popular. This game already exists within the Google Play Store but the company is focusing on enhancing the experience. For your bidding, we require an application that will meet the requirements listed on the attached text document. There is more work to be done once this is complete so a competitive bid will lead to more work on this project and several others. We will be looking for those with a high level of knowledge in both Android and iPhone, although we are starting with Android for now. Good luck and we look forward to working with you.
