Android APP Needed

Hello Everyone 1) We are developing a similar website which will server as the web version. The website has 3 types of users -- CUSTOMERS, VENDORS and BACK END ADMIN 2) VENDORS will implement this system at their premises through ANDROID APP using a TABLET and customers who will visit the premises will enter there details about purchase and to check there points and what offers they can get on redeeming the point. Vendors will verify the inputs by customers instantly which will help customers gain points. 3) Website is being readied and web services using JSONN will be supplied to the ANDROID APP developer. They have to create 2 users login that is customer and vendors and registration for users. 4) After login, customers can enter there invoice number, amount and vendors will enter there id to verify the purchase.
