Hello I would kill 2 birds with 1 stone. I can develop this with HTML 5 in such a way that the application runs and installable on android devices I have found a way to do that. I simple create a wrapper around an android browser and in imbed, my app into using jQUERY/JavaScript. and it works like a charm.
