ANPR - Multiplatform Mobile App

Our project aims to develop a multiplatform mobile application where automatic number plate recognition funcionalities are involved. What we need is an API library that gets as input a picture of a vehicle plate (i.e. car, motorbike, truck, etc.) usually got by the mobile device camera and returns as output a text string equals to the photographed number plate. Thus we plan to integrate this API library in our project for database matching in order to provide customer services. Since our app must be a multiplatform one, the API must be integrated in different environments, basically Android (Java) , IOS (Objective C) and Windows Mobile (C#) In order to have a better understanding of the specifics of the API you can watch these youtube videos: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The project has been incorporated in a start-up company with a light structure composed by an electronic/software engineer, a business developer and a financial controller that have in their job and educational experience abroad in national and multinational companies. We are starting the execution phase of the project that should end not later than 2014 March. In respect of the above mentioned application we need to get the first release not later than 2014, January 15th, considerting 20 working day after the quotation deadline.
