Android Smartphone Application (Simple Image Uploader)

I'm subbing out a portion of a project I'm currently working on.

The selected bid with be based on quality, not on cost.

Your bid must be for the complete product and you are responsible to ensure it's completeness and on time delivery.

I will pick the best bid within 24 hours of posting this.

You have two weeks from today to complete the project in it's entirety.

When you bid, please don't show me previous work.

I don't care about your previous work and my inbox is filling up with people who will not get selected because they failed to pay attention.

The application MUST do the following items.

#1 Support Chinese (Manadarin) character set on all screens displayed to the user. You do not have to worry about the specific letters or words being shown if you internationalize it correctly. If you fail to internationalize correctly by isolating your strings into resource bundles, then you will NOT be paid and I will leave negative feedback, so be especially careful here.

#2 There must be camera integration. The user will take a photo from the application and upload it to the site. A RESTful API will be provided for your use.

#3 The application must ensure that EXIF meta-data is included in the image, or the data must be provided by the app. To clarify, we are interested not only in the image, but where it was taken from. If the phone supports GPS, but the camera app isn't putting it in then the application must put that GPS information into the request via the API. (API docs will be provided to you).

#4 The look at feel of the app must match the look at feel of the website. It has to feel like it belongs to the site. Please don't use generic look and feel, take the time to look closely.
