Dial a driver dispatch MS access 2007

Use access 2007 to log customer bookings that are dispatched by a phone dispatcher to our cars. Parts to the program 1. Operator name, login out date time. 2. On duty cars 3. On duty drivers (two per car and which car they are in and what cell phone number they have). 4. Regular client details (when an operator wants to take a booking they should be able to select a previous clients name and get there details including selectabel pickup and drop address, and there vehicle details - make model reistration number. Flag to show if they are on account, regular fare amount, remarks about client. Flag for clients that fail to show. 5 Bookings - Received date/time, requested date/time, dispatched date / time, car / driver allocated, client name, Phone, pickup address, drop off address, vehicle make model and registration number, remarks.
