Create an MS Access module to email PDFs to the correct contacts

Simply put, I have well over twenty-five years of experience working with relational database applications and Microsoft Office products such as Access, Outlook, SQL Server and Excel. In fact, less than a hour ago I developed and implemented VBA code within an Access module which gives the user great flexibility with both generating and sending out emails with attachments. This includes the addressing (To:, Cc: and Bcc:), contacts, subject line, body of the text in the email, adding attachments and so forth. The customer can generate these emails automatically just by pressing a button on a form in Access. I did all this as part of a Freelancer project in Access that I am currently completing. As in your proposed project, I use records from tables in this application to get the values needed for the email and attachments. Of course, I have worked on other Access projects as well covering all aspects of relational application design and development. My work has received recognition from some of America's top companies including Dun & Bradstreet, Boeing and Chase Bank. Dun & Bradstreet gave me their "President's Award" for my work not only as a developer but also in recognition of my skills in working with clients. Chase Bank nominated me for their "Doing It Right The First Time Award" for the work I did on an application that took in data from around seventy different sources, cleansed the data, processed it and generated reports and spreadsheets for use by upper management. Besides not being satisfied with the results until you are as well, there are some other things that you should know about me. I do not retain any rights to this application after you've accepted it and paid me. This means that there are no ongoing costs such as license fees when you work with me. My intent is to give you code that you can run on your own without any further assistance from me. In addition, my work is and always has been done on a non-disclosure basis in order to protect my clients' investment in their software and the security of their data. And so, I will never share with any other company the code or even screen shots of the work I do for my clients. Consequently, my Portfolio section on Freelance will never have anything in it. As part of assuring the confidentiality of your company's information, I use a P4 level security shredder to destroy all working papers generated during the project. In term of doing the work, I use a tool named Glance which will either allow you to view the work as I'm developing it on my PC or allow me to directly do the work on your PC. It's up to you where I do the initial development work. I can also be reached in a number of different ways in addition to the message system on Freelancer. I have a phone line which is dedicated only to project work with clients like yourself. In addition, I use Skype for video conferences if you want to do that. I also have installed and use the latest versions of PDF products like Acrobat and Nitro which allows me to do more of the work on my PC. We can add various functionality like variable subject and body content, a control panel and outgoing reports.
