I need to convert the attached spreadsheet into a simple MS Access 10 database. No executable file, just plain Access. Relationship should be 1toMany. My idea is a main panel where you can chose at least two options: Data entry, Reports. The Form for data entry will offer the ability to add 1 or more "subjects" for each "victim". The reports should give the ability to query on any field, adding 1 or more filter for a specific timeframe. We should have total and subtotals count as well as list of all cases split by installations with totals. Reports should be exported in excel. A nice to have feature is the ability to import data from external plain spreadsheet.
