Create an OTP based Encryption Algorithm

I need an encryption algorithm for a chat app. The algorithm will take 5 x,y coordinate inputs. With that it should create a 256bit key and a new algorithm. 3 coordinates should go into the key and 2 should go into the new algorithm. The new algorithm will have a 256bit key as an input and a new 256bit key as an output.
