Create an Animation for a online grocery store

I am looking for someone who can come up with a creative marketing concept for an online grocery retailer. The first of its kind in the region (Caribbean). The idea is to create short 30 second animated videos (using for instance Goanimate, or something alike) illustrating the benefits of using the online store instead of the traditional brick and mortar grocery store. I\'m looking for someone who can add real value to the startup marketing campaign of my company. Someone who has a proven track record and is willing to go the extra mile creatively to make something that will stand out and get potential customers to take action.
