Develop a Corporate Identity

I am looking for a web designer to redesign my business website, [login to view URL] The business is an online advertising agency business related to Paid to Click (PTC). A PTC site is a site where members can earn money for free from viewing website advertisements from advertisers. There are other PTC sites out there, such as Neobux, ClixSense, Clicksia, to name a few. The design is not meant to be a copycat of such said sites but an idea on how their design is designed on a PTC point of view. Here is what I would like done for this job. The budget will be around $250 and is negotiable. I only need a design template, not the coding. Therefore, I only require the images and template or a rendering of what the website could look like; any client side and server side coding will be done by me. I recommend visiting the website to see what there is and also registering at the website to see additional information not seen by unregistered members. I am open to changes, including the use of images/background images and multiple webpages. Before beginning the actual project, I do require some design templates first, preferably 2 different designs but 1 is necessary. The design template is just a feel of what the website would look like and be based by, not the actual design itself. If the budget is not sufficient for you, then you do not need to start designing the templates yet until we can agree on a budget. I will go through a selection process to see which design would be most fit. Once I pick the person to do the job, the money will be transferred immediately and then given once the job is complete. I would prefer to have the design done by April 2, 2014 but if more time is necessary then I am willing to extend it if progress is being made.
