Create Simple 1D Image (2 sizes) / eBook Cover

I am looking for someone to create **1** **Extremely Professional* looking, 1D (one dimensional) report covers for me and I need all of them to have a different look.

Please read all of the following and let me know if you totally understand.

## Deliverables

#1- I need the finished covers as a vertical rectangle-shaped, not square image,.

#2- I need you to give me EACH COVER in two different sizes;

a- One needs to be 960 X 1280 pixels

and

b- The other needs to be 600 X 800 AND under 127KB in file size.

Both must be saved as JPG images.

#2- All images MUST be 100% royalty free (I need to know exactly WHERE you will get the images from to verify that they are)

#3- Here the textual content that should be placed on the cover:

a. TITLE = Iron Palace Empress

b. Cover idea / images: The story is about a woman and man who repeatedly get

the opportunity to become lovers only to be pushed apart. The finale

brings them together. She is a beautiful red-head and he is a dark

haired, muscled cop. I envision a man, standing, in full police

uniform with his head looking downward so you can only see his police

hat and a tad of facial skin, with a woman facing toward him, in a

sultry white dress revealing her lower back but covering her bottom.

Her head should be partly turned to reveal her profile and a hand of

hers pressed against his chest.

#4- This will be a work for hire, meaning that I will own all of the writes to the finished cover, you must be willing to sign a contract stating this.

This is a VERY simple job as you can create a template to make them all from.

I do these in about 5 minutes each so DO NOT BID more than $3.00 each cover.

I need **1** for now and will need more in the very near future from you.
