configure cointerra miner via ssh

I have a cointerra iv for bitcoin mining purposes. I have got this machine moving correctly but the cgminer software used for this machine is making it discard packets to make the result that it's on and working... but not mining.... I would like someone who knows how to connect via SSH to my cointerra to get this machine mining... will have to inject some commands to correct whatever the issue is very simple for 1 who has some experience is the Linux area with commands
