I am staying outside from Europe. I am getting a m3u file from a server in Europe. The picture is freezing every minute. I like to try to use the file on my dedicated server in Europe using a VLC Server. I like to grap the datas from my own dedicated server using a m3u file.
Install a VLC server on Linux OS (Debian)
configure VLC
using the current streams in format or one m3u file
