After installing iRedmail, mail server didn't send and didn't receive mails! Who can resolve it?

Before i install iRedMail i can send mails through sendmail and everything works fine! But when i install iRedmail something goes wrong... Possibly iptables block connection...
Who dont know - iRedMail in one install setup webserver(php mysql), phpmyadmin, roundcube, awstats, postfix, dovecot, mail system admin panel and configure iptables!
So, what you should to do! Find where is problem and step by step give me instructions how i can resolve this problem in future by myself!
