C Panel and VPS - open to bidding

Good evening. I have a VPS and have recently had someone vandalizing my server. We worked with our host company, and were able to migrate it to a new server. Things cleared up, but now this is starting to happen again. I am looking for someone to work to strengthen my VPS beyond the default settings and comb it for scripts that maybe allowing someone a back door into my server. I would then like to know that changes made, the reason and anticipated results. This is a 160gb server with roughly 105 domains and roughly 2000 emails.
The vandalism is planted emails, spitting spam, to Mallware placed in sites. No obvious non legal logins.
I am interested in your thoughts on whether what I am looking for is viable.
