Convert from WatchGuard to Vyatta

Our network currently has two WatchGuard firewalls in an active/active cluster. We want to convert these firewalls into a clustered Vyatta configuration. We will provide you our watchguard configuration in a text file (or a list of the NAT/ACLs if it is more clear for reading), a diagram of the network design and the IP addresses required. You will provide us a vyatta configuration file for each of the clustered vyatta machines.
We aren't looking for someone to learn on our dime. We expect that you have solid Vyatta knowledge and that you can pull this off in your sleep.
