Centos VM has been attacked - Proccess consuming 300% and it restarts if killed - need someone to fix it!

One of my VMs has has a process showing 300% on top command. I need someone to have a look and fix it. I had since shut it down. Using the host server I managed to remove the file from /vz/private/110/etc/rc.d/init.d on the host server, and then started the server, but still, the dodgy file was in 300% of top, I have suspicious that it is innoculated somewhere else. I need someone experienced with cases like this to fix and remove any trace of this virus/worm.
