Check 300 blog comments

I require you to check the work of another provider who is doing 300 blog comments as a project for me. I require you to check all 300 blog comments and make sure the provider has completed all my project instructions and report 'all errors' on an excel sheet. The project instructions are below. The excel sheet should say these things: url, anchor text, nofolow/follow, error notes Here is my project details that i have requested to be completed. I need 300 Permanent 'dofollow' blog comments I have 45 keywords (attached) and 45 matching (landing page) url's The keywords you insert in the comment must match the url for that keyword. Must be related websites Get one-way related incoming links Must be permanent links Only 'do follow' tags Each comment must have a minimum of three relevant keyword anchored links to my site No blacklist databases that stores your IP address, domain name and comments. Must be comment able blog pages Each Comment must be a minimum of 100 words. No comments on bad terms like gambling, porn, Viagra, etc. Page Rank must be 1 or more Comments should be made over a 2 week period After 2 week comment period, a report of all blog links, their comments, title tags and the anchor text must be given no spamming machines, there are too many blog plug-ins that will filter comments. It is useless to spam if you are going have your comments deleted. Using an auto comment tool is a waste of my money. All rejected comments will be re submitted by yourself.
