Backlinks 200 from blogs/forums with French theme

I need 200 backlinks from forum comments and/or blog comments from sites that have combinations of french keywords in their title tags to a number of websites. 10% of the links can come from from comments on youtube videos (this is optional) I want blog/forum comments from sites that have posts or pages that have the french words in the title tag of the page. One link per domain. A total of 200 different domains. For example if I am getting links for the words/phrase "french language" this title tag of the page you are linking from must contain the words "french" and "language". However it could be "learning the french language" or "french traffic sign language" I don't care as long as it has at least the words "french" and "language". The sites you are linking from must be written in English (not French, there might have a few french words, but the article is written in english for an english audience). The french title tags words (that must be in the title tags of the pages you link from) are listed below with the number of links required for each title next to it. DEADLINE is 3 weeks. Each blog comment/forum post must be on a different domain. Links must be from UNIQUE sites only. 1 link per unique domain or it won’t be counted. The link must be readable WITHOUT having to log into the site. All posts must be in readable understandable English. No Links in signatures. No spam comments (nice post, thank you, etc will not be accepted). Try to post or comment something as least remotely connected to the topic (you are less likely to have comments deleted that way) Comments MUST be at least 10+ words long. Comments MUST be relevant to the blog post / topic, you can also reply to other comments Comments MUST be hand written / unique and not copy and pasted from somewhere else. There must be no more than 90 outbound links on the page that the comment appears or will be rejected. Do NOT get comments on pages with keywords like Viagra, adult related, or any pharmacy related keywords. If there are more than 10% outbound links with these types of keywords your link will not be counted. Backlinks must be search engine friendly, that is no redirects, cloaking and other practices No gambling, adult & porn sites, pharmacy sites, illegal websites, hate-based websites, violent websites, cracking or hacking websites, no blacklisted or spam sites. No links from under construction pages, or under construction websites. No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, session ID's, etc. No contextual ads sites, popups, intrusive advertising, etc. No link from: torrent sites, file sharing, articles. I will give you a spreadsheet of 200 URLs to link to with a list of anchor text that you can write your posts around. Some links do not require anchor text, your can just place the URL of the target URL, this will be indicated in the spreadsheet provided. You'll keep a basic excel file with : Title tag word : Anchor Text: Target Page URL : All blog and forum post will be checked 7 days after to ensure they have not been removed because of this payment milestones will be 75% on completion. 75% on completion of 200 working links, less than 200 working links WILL NOT be recognised as completion. If you have 199 working links you will not receive payment. 25% after 7 days after the links have been rechecked.
