That being said, I would inquire as to why you are not seeking local counsel in FLA. I am an excellent writer and I enjoy distilling complex information and communicating it to others in an understandable manner. I have had much experience doing so over the years in law, management, human resources, global economics, investments, etc. I have also developed and written complete MBA, MPA, programs. Among my greatest attributes are excellent research and writing skills, and creative strategic thinking. A renowned attorney who defeated the Federal govt. on a huge "intelligence" case once told me I was the "best strategic thinker he ever met." I have been an investment banker managing millions of dollars for clients and achieving very high returns. I am extremely knowledgeable regarding investments, and global markets. I have been on radio and TV both here and abroad as a guest expert on international economics and investments. I recently co-hosted a nationally syndicated AM Radio talk show and am considering hosting my own show in the future. I personally created 2 HR Depts. and helped create a new appellate court in the U.S. for which I wrote and edited the Rules of Procedure. Wrote policies and procedures, organizational policy manuals, employee handbooks, employee contracts, and developed job app forms for these organizations. I also vetted and hired management, professional, and sales employees, and trained them in procedures. I am a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certified by the Society for Human Resources. Over the years I have written many documents as a professional, in law and business and in school never received less than an A grade on any paper or essay test since I was in 11th grade. I hold 4 college degrees and two advanced professional certificates. Both my formal and self taught education is very broad and well rounded. This enables me to be very creative and strategic in my writing because I have an extensive knowledge base to draw upon when I am composing my thoughts and my words. My theoretical approach to writing is that one must clearly define the objective and the goal of a communication, document, or sentence before one begins to put words on the paper. Legal and analytical writing is my greatest talent and pleasure.
