I require a consumer layer in India (preferably Chennai). There has been a transfer of approx. $5k USD to a registered business. The business then provided the product to another customer and that was not authorized to obtain this. We have evidence of everything sent from the business showing this. We asked for a refund of the product or to have the product resent to us. They agreed they would do so in writing however, have since dropped off contact and will not respond. I require a lawyer to take consumer action against this business to recover the funds. I am negotiable on price. I have full details and heaps of evidence to support this case. Thanks,
