Canadian resident needed for representing/ providing address for service for patent application

I have filed a PCT national phase application in Canada and obtained a filing date in Canada. Since I am not a resident of Canada, as per Canadian patent act, I need a representative for service for my application. The representative should be a resident of Canada. Primarily, an "address for service" and communication of correspondences from Canadian IP office is needed. If any action other than communication of correspondence from Canadian IP office is needed, the terms and price for performing those actions would be discussed and finalized later. The appointed agent can transfer the correspondence from Canadian IP office to me via his chosen medium - post, fax or e-mail. The offer price for this project will be inclusive of the transmittal of first three communications from the Canadian IP office. The price for other transmittals, if needed, can be negotiated later or before the award of the project. Please note that the budget for this project is limited and negotiations shall be restricted to the budget already specified.
