Attorney Wanted

I have an account with a brokerage company called FOLIOfn. The account was opened around 2007-2008. It’s a corporate account and I’m the only signer and owner of the corporation. At that time I lived in California (but I imagine you can be based anywhere in the U.S., it doesn’t have to be California). When I opened the account, I made a deposit in cash and invested it into stocks through some money managers at Marketocracy which is affiliated with FOLIOfn. It was actually Marketocracy that I found first and got interested in their offer and they referred me to FOLIOfn in order to use their services. Now, I live in Moscow, Russia. I haven’t touched that account since 2008. I haven’t logged in to it, I haven’t done absolutely anything with it. Now, FOLIOfn denies me access to my account practically without any explanation. The only explanation they gave me was that the account is “under review”. They won’t say anything else. I’ve been trying to get access to it since November 26, 2013. First, I was dealing with Marketocracy because they were like a managing organisation for my account. Then, according to Marketocracy, FOLIOfn "took over” my account from them and now I’m supposed to deal solely with FOLIOfn. People at FOLIOfn won’t answer my phone calls — the person who I'm supposed to talk to is never available. He won’t return my messages or emails. The only email I got from him was that “the account is under review”. Everyone else there tells me that he is the only person that I need to speak with. Marketocracy also mentioned to me that “they [Marketocracy] cannot deal with me because I’m based overseas”. So I need some help to figure out how to deal with those people and get my money out of their company. I filed complaints with the SEC and FINRA but I don’t know what the results are or will be.
