Contract - Independent Contract & Confidentiality Agreement

I am looking for an attorney to write and COMBINE an Independent Contractor Agreement AND a Confidentiality Agreement in ONE PAGE, in a clear/concise manner, but biding.

If I am convinced it is impossible, I will take 2 pages, one for IC and one for CA.

I know it is hard for an IC to enforce payments, but I am looking for something that detail payments according to length of work, let's say payment is to be bi-weekly and if payment is not received within 5 days contract is immediately revoked/nulled for future work and payment must for past work must be done immediately.

Then the CA is just to confirm that all data, files, calls, information, papers are confidential both ways. That all work done/performed by IC is proprietary of company and that any/all work done will be turned in upon final payment.

I doubt this will take more than 15/20 minutes to be completed, so the $70 offered for the contract/s is equivalent to $280/hour.
